Breakfast at San He Laos beef noodles

On recommendation by Peter, we went to San He Beef Noodles store to try the beef noodles instead.
Obviously it is open by a Chinese. The Pa kua mirror is there as well. The chinese actually open many stores in the area. In fact the breakfast for the past few days are either chinese run or chinese origin food.
The person manning the store is not a chinese at San He though. Disappointed I cannot use my teochew to speak to them.haha
The beef noodles actually taste much like the chinese beef noodles in Singapore. The difference between the vietnamese one we had yesterday and this is actually the soup. But both have the very typical plates of veggies.
Oh and in Laos and Thailand, usually Tea is provided free.

AH and when we finished our meal, the owner came out. And she speaks teochew and VERY good taiwanese accented Mandarin. Of coz i used Mandarin because my teochew is only rudimental...haha

We had a very good discussion on the Lao Chinese community, newer chinese immigrants to Laos, chinese schools in Laos and also on the Taiwan-China issues.

We had to leave her early unfortunately because we have to go Buddha park But I would have loved to speak more with her.

I decided to take her photo because she said Taiwan will be back in China in 4 years time. Which I think is not very possible. I took her photo just in case it really happens, then I can say that this person actually predicted something that most people think is not possible.
Oh and she told us her taiwanese accented Mandarin is because of her very strict teachers. who came from Taiwan, taught her when she was in school.
